Membership Application

    1. You must be above the age of 21 to be a member.

    2. Your membership is valid for life. It is transferable but not refundable.

    3. You assume full responsibility for the contents of your locker. Cohiba Atmosphere Kuala Lumpur is not in any way responsible for the contents of your locker.

    4. Cohiba Atmosphere Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to access your locker at any time at its discretion or to comply with law enforcement.

    5. Cohiba Atmosphere Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to close the lounge at its discretion to cater for events.

    6. Your membership may be suspended or revoked for non-payment of a bill, breach of this agreement, misconduct, unpaid fees, or failure to adhere to any of the rules and regulations set.

    7. Any behaviour that violates the peaceful atmosphere and disturbs other patrons will not be tolerated.
